RotronStore collects sales tax where required by applicable law and store nexus and registration rules. Tax-exempt customers should submit a valid exemption certificate to estimating@sivatwater.com before placing an order.

Tax Exemption Instructions

If your organization is tax-exempt, please follow these steps to ensure sales tax is not applied to your purchase:

• Email a copy of your valid state tax exemption certificate or resale certificate to estimating@sivatwater.com.
• Include your account details or the billing name and address associated with your order.
• Our team will verify the certificate and update your account or provide instructions for tax-exempt checkout prior to order submission.
